This course introduces the student to human resource management in modern organizations, and examine major functional areas including employment, compensation, benefit, human resource information system, job analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, motivation evaluation, training and development, human resource planning, performance and appraisal of employees. Personal policy and procedures, labor relations and legislation, sexual harassment, employee rights and discipline, and international human resource and creating high performance work systems.
